Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon has partially accommodated Tnuva’s request by phasing the import of fresh meat. This more gradual market opening is designed to allow Tnuva, operator of the “Adom-Adom” processing plant, a smoother transition as import regulations ease, according to government sources this evening.
